Contacts are your customers who have access to your products either from your groups, courses, or downloadables. In this article, you'll learn how to manually add a contact right from your account.


1. Navigate to the Contacts page by clicking "Contacts" on the left menu.




2. Click the "CONTACT +" button.




3. An "Add a contact" modal will open. Fill out the name and email address.




4. Choose which product you would like to give access to. You can choose a group, a course, or a downloadable product. Choose one, for now, you can give more access later.




5. On the next screen, this is where you can give more access to your contact. Click the "PRODUCT +" button.




6. A "Grant product access" modal will open. Choose the product you'd like to give. 



Then click the "GRANT ACCESS" button.
